What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2–5 days to process your order, then 5–10 days for delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship within the EU and to selected international countries.
Where do you ship from?
Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our logistics warehouse is based in Tremblay-en-France.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Please allow up to 5 days after your order is placed, then request your tracking information by emailing us at contact@valorise.com.
Some items are missing from my order — what’s going on?
Our products may be shipped separately depending on the items in your order.
For example, if your order contains products from two different warehouses, you will receive two separate packages. The remaining items will arrive shortly after.
Where are you located?
We are based in Paris, Île-de-France.
I still haven’t received my order. Why is it taking so long?
We’re sorry for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs processing.
You can track your package at any time to see its current status.

Do you have a refund policy?
We offer refunds for orders that have not yet been shipped.
No refunds are available once a package is already in transit.
